Zhitong Finance APP news, ST Dongni (603595.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Shen Xinfang signed a Share Transfer Agreement on November 6, 2026 with Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianyu Semiconductor"), transferring 16.271 million shares of the company held by him (accounting for 7% of the company's total share capital) to Tianyu Semiconductor by agreement, at a transfer price of 24.59 yuan per share, with a total transfer price (including tax) of 400 million yuan. This transfer will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller.
