Zhitong Finance APP News, Pharmaron (03759) announced that, in order to fully leverage the investment and research capabilities of professional investment institutions in the biopharmaceutical industry, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Pharmaron UK Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Pharmaron UK") intends to participate in the investment in HJ Double Helix Fund L.P. as a limited partner, with a subscribed capital contribution of USD 10 million using its own or self-raised funds. On November 6, 2026, Pharmaron UK signed the fund subscription documents, thereby subscribing to the limited partnership interests of the fund, subject to the relevant terms of the fund's "Amended and Restated Agreement of Exempted Limited Partnership of HJ Double Helix Fund L.P." and entitled to the corresponding rights.
