Dazhong Public Utilities (01635.HK) plans to inject RMB 20 million in capital into Dazhong Green Travel, intended for charging station construction and equipment procurement, among other uses.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Dazhong Public Utilities (01635.HK) announced that on November 6, 2026, the Company signed a capital increase agreement with Dazhong Green Travel, Dazhong Operation Logistics, and Dazhong Enterprise Management, pursuant to which the Company agreed to subscribe for RMB 20 million of the newly increased registered capital of Dazhong Green Travel in cash for RMB 20 million. Dazhong Operation Logistics and Dazhong Enterprise Management agreed to waive their preemptive subscription rights in respect of this capital increase.
