Hengtong Optic-Electric announced at midday on November 6 that its controlling shareholder, Hengtong Group, received a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by China Construction Bank Suzhou Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone Branch, committing to provide Hengtong Group with a special loan for increasing its shareholding in an amount not exceeding RMB 540 million, with a loan term of no more than 3 years.
