Tinci Materials (002709.SZ) signs long-term supply agreement with EVE Energy

Zhitong Finance APP News, Tinci Materials (002709.SZ) announced that recently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Jiujiang Tinci High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiujiang Tinci") signed a "Long-Term Supply Agreement" with Huizhou EVE Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EVE Energy"). The agreement stipulates that Jiujiang Tinci commits to supplying EVE Energy with an estimated demand quantity of 450,000 tons of electrolyte products from 2027 to 2029. The specific procurement volume, procurement unit price, quality standards, etc. shall be subject to documents such as purchase orders and quality agreements confirmed by both parties.
