Xing Shuai Er (002860.SZ) Chairman proposes repurchasing 100 million to 150 million yuan of the company's shares.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Xingshuaier (002860.SZ) announced that Mr. Lou Yongwei, Chairman of the Company, proposed that the Company repurchase part of its shares through centralized bidding trading, and the repurchased shares will be used to safeguard the Company's value and shareholders' equity. The total funds for the share repurchase shall be no less than RMB 100 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 150 million (inclusive).
