China Telecom takes stake in Hefei Digital Computing Technology Company

Qichacha APP shows that recently, Hefei Shusuan Technology Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial registration changes, with China Telecom added as a shareholder; registered capital increased from 20 million yuan to approximately 7.05 billion yuan; at the same time, the company's key personnel also changed. Qichacha shows that the company was established in February 2024, with Zhang Yunlei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes cloud computing equipment technology services; artificial intelligence public data platforms; quantum computing technology services, etc. It is currently jointly held by Hefei Big Data Asset Operation Co., Ltd. and China Telecom.
