Chinese research team releases open-source RNA sequence foundation model.

The reporter learned from the University of Science and Technology of China that the university's research team has released an open-source RNA sequence foundation model, structRFM, which improves the model's performance on a series of downstream tasks including RNA structure prediction and function inference, and is expected to support AI-driven scientific research, understanding of biological mechanisms, drug discovery, and more. On the 5th, the related research results were published in the international academic journal Nature.
