Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (01601.HK) Enters into Finance Lease Agreement with Shanxi Jingjin Feipeng Energy Technology

Zhitong Finance APP news, Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on November 4, 2026, the Company, as lessor, entered into Finance Lease Agreement III with the lessee (Shanxi Jingjin Feipeng Energy Technology Co., Ltd.), pursuant to which the lessor will purchase the lessee's own leased assets III at a transfer price of RMB 60 million; and the lessor will lease leased assets III back to the lessee for a lease term of 72 months, with total lease payments of approximately RMB 71.05 million. Leased assets III are the relevant equipment under the independent energy storage business.
