Innovative Industrial (02788.HK) subsidiary Chuangyuan Alloy enters into contracting agreement with Qingdao Hongjie

Zhitong Finance APP News, Innovation Industrial (02788.HK) announced that on November 4, 2026, Chuangyuan Alloy, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into a contracting agreement with Qingdao Hongjie, pursuant to which Qingdao Hongjie agreed to serve as the contractor for the construction of the Company's photovoltaic project with a total installed capacity of 42 MW located in Holingol, Inner Mongolia, China.
