Zhitong Finance APP News: China Development Bank Financial Leasing (01606.HK) announced that the Company, as buyer, and the seller (Shandong Zhisuo Information Technology Co., Ltd.) entered into a product procurement agreement on November 4, 2026, pursuant to which the seller agreed to sell to the buyer and the buyer agreed to purchase the procurement subject matter for a total consideration of approximately RMB 1.779 billion. The procurement subject matter is information technology computer equipment.
