Zhitong Finance APP news, Seacon Shipping (02409) announced that on November 4, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Seacon Shipping Pte. Ltd. intends to acquire from Sanhe Jiaye Co., Ltd. an oil tanker/chemical tanker built in October 2026 with a gross tonnage of 4,981 tons, for a consideration of US$19.6 million.
