Breo announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Ma Xuejun, chairman and general manager. Ma Xuejun applied to resign from multiple positions including company director, chairman, general manager, and member of the board's strategy committee, as well as the concurrently acting chief financial officer, due to personal reasons. After resignation, he will no longer hold any position at the company, and the resignation report takes effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. The company held a board meeting on November 4, 2026, and agreed that before a new chairman and general manager are selected and appointed, director Liu Zhihua will act on behalf of the chairman, general manager, and relevant committee member duties.
