Zhitong Finance APP has learned that on November 4, HKD interbank rates fell across the board, with the one-month interbank rate related to mortgage loans at 2.63982%, down 4.018 basis points; the three-month interbank rate, which reflects bank funding costs, was 3.18601%, down 2.798 basis points.
