Over the years, the symposium's areas of cooperation have gradually expanded from early commerce and infrastructure to high-end fields such as financial services, scientific and technological innovation, green and low-carbon development, intellectual property, and professional services, bringing in Hong Kong's international resources to serve Beijing's high-quality development, opening channels for Beijing's innovative industries to go global, achieving two-way investment and joint development, and playing an important role in deepening the coordinated development of Beijing and Hong Kong.
