Meta will raise $15 billion through a five-tranche U.S. dollar bond offering.

Meta disclosed in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on November 3 local time that it will raise $15 billion through a five-tranche U.S. dollar bond offering. The offering includes $3.25 billion of bonds maturing in 2031 with a coupon rate of 5.85%, and another $3.25 billion of bonds maturing in 2033 with a coupon rate of 6.25%.
