Ukraine says energy facilities hit by large-scale Russian attack, emergency power outages in multiple regions.

Ukraine's national power company reported on the 3rd that Russian forces had been continuously attacking Ukraine's energy system since the early hours of that day, calling it one of the largest waves of attacks; over the past day, Russian forces carried out more than 20 targeted strikes on energy facilities, causing severe damage to infrastructure and emergency power outages in Kyiv and multiple other locations. Kyiv Mayor Klitschko said on the 3rd that energy hub facilities in Kyiv were hit and damaged, emergency power outages were being implemented in Kyiv city and Kyiv Oblast, water supply in Kyiv was interrupted, and electric public transport operations were experiencing problems.
