Dawn Polymer: Completes Industrial and Commercial Change Registration for Acquisition of 91.4% Equity in Jiangsu Xinxiang

Dawn Polymer announced that the company acquired 91.4% equity of Jiangsu Beihua Xinxiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. held by Xinxiang Technology and Liu Li for RMB 31.46 million using its own funds. Previously, the 83.19% equity held by Xinxiang Technology had completed the industrial and commercial change registration. As of the date of this announcement, the 8.21% equity held by Liu Li has also completed the industrial and commercial change registration. This acquisition is now fully completed, and Jiangsu Xinxiang has become a controlled subsidiary of the company and is included in the scope of consolidated financial statements.
