CCID Consulting (02176.HK): Proposed re-election of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors

Whereas the terms of office of Ms. Shen Wen, Mr. Fu Changwen, Mr. Hu Bin, Mr. Zhang Tao and Mr. Fang Hongbin will expire on November 24, 2026. Upon the proposal of the nomination committee of the Board, the Board recommends the re-election of Ms. Shen Wen and Mr. Fu Changwen as executive directors, and recommends the re-election of Mr. Hu Bin, Mr. Zhang Tao and Mr. Fang Hongbin as independent non-executive directors. Ms. Shen Wen and Mr. Fu Changwen are willing to be re-elected as executive directors, while Mr. Hu Bin, Mr. Zhang Tao and Mr. Fang Hongbin are willing to be re-elected as independent non-executive directors. The re-election of the above directors will take effect upon approval by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting.
