(referred to as "Zijiang New Material"), based on the needs of its business development and its own strategic planning, and after careful consideration, intends to voluntarily apply to terminate the listing of its shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. As of the announcement date, the Company holds 18.438 million shares of Zijiang New Material, accounting for 31.05% of the total share capital of Zijiang New Material. The proposed termination of the listing of Zijiang New Material's shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations will not have a material impact on the Company's production and operations.
