Fitch: Assigns 'A(EXP)' Expected Rating to Bank of China (03988.HK) Hong Kong Branch's Proposed Senior Unsecured Bonds

On November 2, Fitch assigned an expected rating of "A(EXP)" to the senior unsecured bonds proposed to be issued by the Hong Kong Branch of Bank of China Limited ("Bank of China", 03988.HK, 601988.SH, A/Stable/bbb+) such bonds will be issued under Bank of China's US$40 billion medium-term note (MTN) program.
