Zhitong Finance APP News: Yingde Holdings (08535) and the offeror Mr. Zeng Kai jointly announce that on October 15, 2026, the offeror acquired 900 million shares from the sellers (Success Step, Noble Capital, and Legend Advanced), representing 75.0% of the total issued share capital of the company as at the date of this joint announcement, for a total consideration of HK$28.5 million, equivalent to HK$0.0317 per sale share.
