Remote Co., Ltd. (002692.SZ) plans a joint acquisition of equity in Zhongfu Carbon Core to create a "materials + cables" industrial chain synergy.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Yuan Cheng Cable (002692.SZ) announced that the company plans to form a consortium with Lianyungang Lianxing Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and use self-raised funds to acquire equity in Zhongfu Carbon Core Cable Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zhongfu Carbon Core") through a public listing transfer by cash. Among this, the company plans to contribute no more than RMB 500 million to bid for no less than 40% equity of Zhongfu Carbon Core. After the transaction is completed, Zhongfu Carbon Core will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
