SpaceX (SPCX.US) takes another step in its wireless ambitions: in talks to acquire Boost Mobile, aiming to become the fourth-largest U.S. carrier

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that SpaceX (SPCX.US) is in negotiations with EchoStar (ECHO.US) to acquire its wireless service brand Boost Mobile or obtain access to its network. If the deal is completed, SpaceX will gain approximately 7.38 million wireless users and an existing distribution platform in one stroke, paving the way for it to build a hybrid satellite-terrestrial network through Starlink Mobile and challenge the three major U.S. wireless carriers.
