Shoujia Technology (00103.HK) plans to jointly establish a new materials joint research institute with Xi'an Jiaotong University

Zhitong Finance APP news, Shoujia Technology (00103.HK) announced that on November 2, 2026, Shoujia New Materials, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shoujia Shanghai, and Xi'an Jiaotong University entered into a cooperation agreement. Accordingly, the contracting parties agreed to jointly establish a New Materials Joint Research Institute for a term of five years, and to jointly carry out research and development, commercialization of research results, and talent cultivation in the field of new materials.
