Cambodian telecom fraud gangs move operations to Africa

Telecom and online fraud has become a global scourge. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime said in a report released earlier this year that under the high-pressure crackdown of joint law enforcement by various countries, Southeast Asian telecom fraud criminal gangs have continued to spread on a large scale from traditional core disaster areas such as Cambodia to regulatory havens.
