Shanghai XNG (03666) sells all equity interests in Shanghai XNG (Hong Kong) Catering Group

Zhitong Finance APP news, Shanghai Xinnanyang (03666) announced that the Company and the buyer Mr. Veerayuth Arnupapmongkol entered into a sale and purchase agreement on October 30, 2026, pursuant to which the Company agreed to sell, and the buyer agreed to purchase, the sale shares (i.e., the entire equity interest in the target company Xinnanyang (Hong Kong) Catering Group), for a total consideration of HK$800,000.
