Southeast Asia Properties & Finance (00252.HK) subsidiary intends to acquire Hong Kong property for HK$128 million.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Wah Sun Realty Finance (00252.HK) announced that on October 30, 2026, the buyer (a directly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the seller, Hang Jie Development Limited, pursuant to which the buyer agreed to acquire and the seller agreed to sell the property for a consideration of HK$128 million in cash.
