Zhitong Finance APP News, Jiujiang Bank (06190.HK) issued an announcement that the bank has received approval from the national financial regulatory authority dated October 30, 2026, regarding the director qualifications of Mr. Chen Wenjun and Ms. Hu Minzi. Accordingly, Mr. Chen Wenjun has assumed the position of non-executive director of the bank; Ms. Hu Minzi has assumed the position of employee director of the bank. The term of the new directors shall commence on October 30, 2026 and last until the expiration of the term of the eighth board of directors, and they may be re-elected upon expiration of their terms.
