Hengfu Holdings (00643.HK): Termination of New Share Placing Under General Mandate

Zhitong Finance APP News, Hengfu Holdings (00643.HK) announced that, in relation to the proposed placing of up to 179.97 million new shares, in view of market conditions, the Company and the placing agent jointly agreed on October 30, 2026 to terminate the placing agreement, effective from October 30, 2026, and all rights, interests, liabilities and obligations arising under or in connection with the placing agreement by each party to the placing agreement shall terminate, and neither party to the placing agreement shall make any claim against the other in respect of any matter arising out of or in connection with the placing agreement.
