The company plans to issue no more than 12,688,550 overseas-listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Sixteen shareholders of the company plan to convert a total of 14,713,864 domestic unlisted shares they hold into overseas-listed shares and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
