China Everbright Bank (06818.HK) nominates Liu Yu as candidate for non-executive director

Zhitong Finance APP news, China Everbright Bank (06818.HK) announced that the board meeting held on October 30, 2026 deliberated and approved resolutions to nominate Ms. Liu Yu as a candidate for non-executive director of the tenth board of directors of the Company, and to nominate Mr. Deng Naibin as a candidate for independent non-executive director of the tenth board of directors of the Company. Their appointments are still subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting of the Company and approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA), and their terms of office shall take effect from the date of approval by the NFRA.
