Future Development Holdings (01259): Obtained approval to conduct digital banking business in Labuan, Malaysia

Zhitong Finance APP news, Future Development Holdings (01259) announced that the Group has applied for and obtained conditional approval granted by the Labuan Financial Services Authority of the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia ("Labuan Approval"). Effective from September 8, 2026, to establish a subsidiary in Labuan, Malaysia, to, among other things, (a) carry on Labuan digital banking business as defined in Section 86 of the LFSSA pursuant to Section 92(1) of the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 ("LFSSA"); (b) conduct digital banking business pursuant to the Labuan Digital Banking Framework dated December 7, 2020; and (c) establish a Labuan marketing office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia pursuant to the Guidelines on the Establishment of Marketing Office.
