SDIC Fengle Seed Industry announced that the company plans to transfer a 51% equity interest in Anhui Fengle Agrochemical Co., Ltd., and the relevant asset valuation work has been completed. The valuation base date is March 31, 2026, and the asset-based approach valuation result is adopted as the conclusion. The book value of all shareholders' equity of Anhui Fengle Agrochemical is RMB 453 million, and the appraised value is RMB 554 million, representing an appreciation rate of 22.40%. The valuation conclusion is valid for one year from the valuation base date.
