Harbour Digital (00913.HK) Rights Issue Receives Valid Acceptances of Approximately 25.6%, Net Proceeds of Approximately HK$74.5 Million

Zhitong Finance APP news, Harbour Digital (00913.HK) announced that as at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (being the final acceptance deadline), a total of 13 valid applications had been received in respect of an aggregate of 136 million rights shares (representing approximately 25.6% of the total number of rights shares offered under the rights issue). The remaining 396 million unsubscribed rights shares (representing approximately 74.4% of the total number of rights shares offered under the rights issue) will be subject to the compensation arrangement.
