In 2027, the export quota management for phosphate rock and silver will continue to be suspended, and export license management will be implemented. Eligible foreign trade operators exporting phosphate rock or silver may apply for an export license on the strength of a valid goods export contract (the export of silver under processing trade shall be handled in accordance with regulations), and may complete the customs declaration, inspection, and release procedures for goods export with the customs on the strength of the export license.
