The 9th China International Import Expo will be held, with temporary traffic control on some roads in Shanghai from November 1 to 12.

The Shanghai Public Security Bureau announced that to ensure the safe and smooth holding of the 9th China International Import Expo in 2026, in accordance with relevant provisions such as the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shanghai Public Security Bureau has decided to implement temporary traffic control measures on certain roads and areas in the city from November 1 to November 12, 2026. From 7:30 to 10:30 on November 5, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles will be prohibited from passing through Huaxiang Road. From November 4 to November 5, daily from 7:00 to 22:00, trucks will be prohibited from passing in both directions on the G50 Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway. From November 4 to November 10, daily from 7:00 to 19:00, trucks and motorcycles will be prohibited from passing in the area enclosed by Huqingping Highway-Panlong Road-Tianshan West Road-Huaxiang Road.
