ACM Shanghai Ships First Mass-Production 310310mm Panel-Level Horizontal Electroplating Equipment to an Asian Customer

According to ACM Shanghai, the company's first mass-production 310310mm panel-level horizontal electroplating equipment, Ultra ECP ap-p, has been successfully shipped to an Asian customer. The equipment adopts ACM Shanghai's self-developed horizontal electroplating technology and supports electroplating processes for multiple materials including copper, nickel, tin-silver, and gold.
