Some elderly people and children in rural areas can receive free flu vaccinations this year.

Since the beginning of this year, the Ministry of Finance has allocated special funds to support free influenza vaccination for people aged 65 and above in rural areas and other groups, providing one free dose of trivalent split-virion influenza vaccine to the key populations of the "elderly and children" in rural areas. At present, all localities, in accordance with national policy requirements, are pressing ahead with the free influenza vaccination work for the "elderly and children" in rural areas.
