Zhitong Finance APP News, CICC (03908.HK) announced that the 2026 publicly issued corporate bonds (Eighth Tranche) of China International Capital Corporation Limited for professional investors are divided into two varieties. Among them, the issuance amount of Variety 1 shall not exceed RMB 6 billion (including RMB 6 billion); the issuance amount of Variety 2 shall not exceed RMB 6 billion (including RMB 6 billion); the total issuance of Variety 1 and Variety 2 of the current bonds shall not exceed RMB 6 billion (including RMB 6 billion). The face value of each bond is RMB 100, and the issuance price is RMB 100 per bond. The coupon rate inquiry range for Variety 1 of the current bonds is 1.10%-2.00% (including upper and lower limits), and the coupon rate inquiry range for Variety 2 is 1.15%-2.05% (including upper and lower limits).
