Professional Travel (01235) enters into option subscription deed

Zhito Finance APP news, Professional Travel (01235) announced that on October 28, 2026, the Company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Dingkun Enterprise Limited (Dingkun Enterprise), as grantee, entered into a call option deed with an independent third party (the grantor). Pursuant to which, the grantor agreed to grant Dingkun Enterprise a call option to acquire all shares held by the grantor in the target company at an option consideration of HK$1,460,500. The option price was determined by reference to the net asset value of the target company and after taking into account a slight premium. Dingkun Enterprise shall pay HK$1 million as an initial refundable deposit on the date of the deed, with the balance payable upon completion.
