The Guangdong Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved Mr. Lin Jianhao to serve as an independent director of the bank, with a term commencing on October 28, 2026 and lasting until the expiration of the term of the fourth board of directors of the bank. Upon expiration of the term, he may be re-elected for consecutive terms.
