Airbus and Air France-KLM Group's A350 component support joint venture officially established

On October 28, a statement showed that Airbus has finalized the establishment of the "Alpha Component Solutions" joint venture with Air France, with each holding a 50% stake, focusing on A350 component support business. The new entity will be jointly operated by Airbus and Air France-KLM Group, and will manage a globally shared pool to provide aircraft component assets, maintenance services, supply chain management, and repair services to A350 customers worldwide. The joint venture currently supports more than 500 aircraft through contracts.
