IDC: Predicts that by 2029, 60% of enterprises will have AI-first majority of business processes.

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that International Data Corporation (IDC) predicts that by 2029, 60% of Global 2000 (G2000) enterprises will have most of their business processes operating in an AI-first manner. The premise of this prediction is that operations and decision-making will be handled by AI agents. IDC also predicts that by 2028, 70% of Global 2000 (G2000) enterprises will have the ability to continuously validate AI agent decisions, compared with only 14% at present.
