The Indonesia Stock Exchange will distribute 1.56 trillion Indonesian rupiah in dividends.

Jeffrey Hendrik, CEO of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, said at an online briefing in Jakarta that after the shareholders' meeting, the exchange will distribute dividends at a standard of 17 billion Indonesian rupiah per share. In addition, shareholders also approved amendments to the exchange's articles of association to allow it to carry out demutualization reform.
