TPG is in talks to acquire Ark Data Centers at a $5 billion valuation.

According to the Financial Times, citing people familiar with the matter, TPG is in talks with Elliott Management to acquire the UK company Ark Data Centres at a valuation of about $5 billion. Discussions are still ongoing. Both TPG and Elliott declined to comment. Ark and its minority investor Revcap also did not respond to requests for comment.
