Dongshan Precision to List on HKEX Wednesday

Dongshan Precision will list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Wednesday. Dongshan Precision is issuing 113.8 million shares at HK$86.8 per share, priced below the upper limit of its offer price range and at a discount of about 35% to the closing price of its Shenzhen-listed A shares on the previous trading day. The HK$9.9 billion fundraising size is less than half of the US$3 billion it initially sought. The stock fell as much as 12% in grey market trading on Tuesday.
