Blue wind warning! Parts of 8 provinces and regions including Gansu and Ningxia will experience level 5 to 7 winds.

The National Meteorological Center continued to issue a blue warning for strong winds at 6:00 on October 28: It is expected that from 8:00 on October 28 to 8:00 on October 29, some areas in Hexi, Gansu, northern Ningxia, most of Inner Mongolia, northern Shanxi, northern Hebei, central and western Liaoning, as well as northern Tibet, southern and northern Qinghai, will experience winds of force 5-7 and gusts of force 8-9; the western East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the sea area east of Taiwan, the Bashi Channel, and the northern waters of the South China Sea will experience strong winds of force 7-8 and gusts of force 9.
