(00902.HK) issued an announcement that the Company held the 24th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors on October 27, 2026, at which the "Proposal on Nominating Candidates for the Re-election of the Board of Directors of the Company" was reviewed and approved. The proposed candidates for non-employee representative directors of the 12th Board of Directors are as follows: (i) Mr. Wang Kui and Mr. Liu Ancang to serve as executive directors; (ii) Mr. Du Daming, Mr. Zhou Yi, Mr. Cao Qingwei, Mr. Li Lailong, Mr. Cao Xin, Mr. Gao Guoqin, Mr. Li Guitao, Mr. Wang Jianfeng and Ms. Kou Yaozhou to serve as non-executive directors; and (iii) Mr. He Qiang, Ms. Zhang Liying, Mr. Zhang Shouwen, Ms. Dang Ying, Mr. Zhang Xianchong and Mr. Mei Shengwei to serve as independent non-executive directors.
