Dudu Holdings (08250.HK) subsidiary intends to acquire a Hong Kong commercial office property for HK$12 million

Zhitong Finance APP news, Dodo Holdings (08250.HK) announced that on October 26, 2026, the buyer (Golden Degree Capital Services Limited, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) intends to purchase the property from the seller (Fubon Shipping Limited) at a consideration of HK$12 million. The property to be acquired is Room 1, 14th Floor, Yue Xiu Building, 160-174 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, China, a commercial office property with a total gross floor area of approximately 1,800 square feet, which is currently used by the seller.
